He was my best friend and fishing partner. Our history goes back to our days as Bears at PSJA high school. Long ago when I was quite a bit younger, I was about to throw out a drink container while fishing in the Laguna Madre. Randy looked at me and said, “How would you like it if a oil company dumped waste oil in our bay?” I became a conservationist on that day.
Randy always fought his Demons but he would give you the shirt off his back. Rest In Peace my good friend. Find us a good fishing place up there when I join you.
