Robert had a career in marine transportation for Kirby Inland Marine. He had a passion for vintage automobiles and rock-n-roll.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Demencio and Mable Ramirez and his brother Edward Ramirez.
He is survived his daughter, Monica Ray; granddaughter, Isabella Ray; sisters, Margie Briggs, Sophia Ramirez and Maricela Ramirez.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 9, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with the Rosary recited at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 10:00 am in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home. Interment to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
