Ronald Cecil Morgan, age 65, passed away on July 28, 2019. He was born on August 26, 1953 in Pasadena, Texas to Cecil and Ruby Morgan. Ronnie retired from HL&P in 2018 after 42 years of service. He was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Morgan. Ronnie is survived by his mother, Ruby Morgan; children, Madison Morgan, Landyn Morgan, Billy Lindquist, Kirby Lindquist and Lindsay Shumate; granddaughter, Julie Shumate, brother, Craig Morgan; sister, Robin Morgan; niece, Alicia Cash and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
