Roque Ruben Ramirez

He was born in the town of Corozal in the country of Belize on January 16, 1931 to Encarnacion Castaneda and Luis Ramirez. He was married to Agnes Gabourel for 61 years.

Roque established himself as a business owner in the liquor industry, making, blending, and selling rums as well as selling other spirits at both wholesale and retail levels. For a brief period, he was a member of the free masons and he enjoyed watching baseball, professional boxing and soccer.

He was preceded in death by his wife Agnes, his parents and all twelve of his siblings.

He is survived by his children, his son Roque, his daughter-in-law Heidi Storz, his daughter Yolanda (Nessie), his son Phil (Felipe), his daughter-in-law Gina Pecoraro, his daughter Teri Ramirez-Scott, his son-in-law Rick Scott, his grandchildren, Mari-Ange, Gabi, Dani, Janet, Roberto, Isabella, Marco, Colin, Antonio and Aidan, great grandkids, Ellie and Evie, his sister in law, Mable Johnston and her husband Lloyd and numerous other relatives and friends.
