Rosita B. Galvan

Rosita B. Galvan, 70, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. Rosita was born May 22, 1950 in Tabaco City, Albay, Philippines. Rosita is preceded in death by her parents, Augustine and Conception Bruce, and her husband, Manuel Galvan Jr.

She is survived by her three children Rosemary Galvan, Maryann Galvan Patterson and her husband Keaton Patterson, Manuel Galvan III and his fiancé, Heather Kicklighter; four grandchildren Joshua L. Pickett Jr., Jack W. Patterson, Colton R. Galvan, and Lilee Ann Rose Galvan. Also survived by her sister-in-law, Marian Galvan Maddox and one niece Maegan Galvan Maddox.

Rosie was a devoted wife and loving mother and grandmother. She was spiritually enlightened and enjoyed fellowship and communion with several churches in Galveston County. She was an exceptional employee of over thirty years to two retail corporations. She was reliable in every department and excelled in customer service. She retired in 2016. She loved spending time nurturing her grandchildren and her garden. She will be missed by her family, friends and church community.

A visitation for Rosita will be held Monday, January 4, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home in Webster, Texas with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Forest Park East Cemetery.
