Tracy had a lifelong passion for Foosball and won two world championship titles in the women's division. She had a career in Bartending.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Steven Decote.
Tracy is survived by her sons, Matthew Steele, Logan Wallace and Connor Wallace; mother, Cathy LaBorde; father, Daniel Hill; sister, Tammy Hill; brother, Ryan Decote; and numerous other family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598.
