Wayne Morris Glover, 70, of Friendswood, Texas, passed away May 26, 2017. He was born in Port Arthur, Texas on December 30, 1946 to Morris and Sadie Glover. He was married to Dana Glover for 38 years. Wayne had a career in Oil and Gas as an operator for BP Amoco.
He had a passion for his family and the outdoors. He loved camping, gardening and sports.
He was preceded in death by his parents Morris William and Sadie Ruth Glover; his brother Herbert Haywood Glover.
He is survived by his wife Dana Lyn Glover; his sons Brandon Wayne Glover (Sunni) and Blake Shawn Glover (Paige); and his grandchildren Brynn Shea Glover and Caleb Preston Glover.
The family will receive friends Thursday, June 1, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday June 2, 2017 at 12:30 pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home with interment to immediately follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
