Willard had a career in construction as a superintendent for Harvey Const., Reed Const. He had passion for square dancing and his grandbabies.
He was preceded in death by father Julian; mother Tenny; brothers Burnis, Floyd, Earl, Harold, Buddy and Carl; sisters Mae, Nettie, Helen, Doris, Louise, Betty and Jewel; son Charles Wayne; and daughter Evelyn Sue.
Willard is survived by wife Floy; daughters Diane and Nancy; sons Dennis and Terry; 11 grandchildren and; 19 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 at Greater Harvest, 2121 Genoa Red Bluff, Pasadena, Texas 77505 with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m.
