Loving and kind, in all her ways, upright and just, to the end of her days; sincere and true, in her heart and mind, a beautiful memory, left behind. She had a nature you could not help loving, a heart that was purer than gold; and to those who knew her and loved her, her memory will never grow cold.

I went to college with Elaine. she was my lab partner in experimental psych where we worked with a lab rat. After we graduated, both Elaine and I worked as social workers for BCS in NJ. Until I got married, I shared an apt w Elaine in Highland Park. In the 70's Elaine drove to Vermont to visit us several times. Sadly I lost touch with her after I moved to Alaska. She was a very kind person who I am proud to call a friend. She will be missed

I just realized I did not sign my guestbook entry of August 29, 2013.

Elaine, I just heard of your passing. My mentor from my early days in New Jersey's Division of Youth and Family Services--and my good friend who loved Star Trek (especially Spock), The New York Giants (sorry, Patriot fans), her family and her animals--not necessarily in that order. I wondered how I could get hold of you, and I'm sorry I was not quick enough with my search. Rest peacefully, Elaine.
