It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Donald Groulx, peacefully with his family by his side. He died as he lived, smiling and in good spirits, and more concerned about those around him than himself. Beloved husband to Shirley, loving father of Denise and Kevin and proud grandfather of Daniel and Michelle. Dear brother of Jim (Cathy) and Stan (Georgina) and brother-in-law of Sheila and Pauline (Bill). Predeceased by his brother William.
Don was a truly decent, generous and knowledgeable man, and everyone went to him for his solid and dependable advice, particularly in financial matters. He was a friend to all, and never had an unkind word to say about anyone. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all that were fortunate enough to have known him.
