My uncle was more than words. I’m so very lucky to have had him in my life, even after many years of no contact. I had my first ever peanut butter and honey sandwich with him. Years later, I got to see him with both his brothers and his dad all in the house they grew up in. I also had the privilege of meeting 2 of his kids, who he loved with all his heart - my cousins. 
I’ll be forever grateful that my uncle Eric was in my life. And I’ll forever love him. 

I first met Eric when I was about 10/11 years old, when I went to watch my aunt and uncle bowling on Saturdays. We were friends for a long time then Eric and I got married in March 2002 and unfortunately divorced in 2008. I just want to send my deepest condolences to Eric's father Ted and his 2 brothers Michael and Peter, I remember also spending some time with Eric Jr when Eric and I were together. I wish Eric's memory Peace and Love, and fond memories. 

For many years Eric was a  teammate to Ryan and a great friend to both Ryan and his brother (Coach Jason) at the Grandravine Special Hockey Program.  Spent many happy times together every Saturday morning and at annual tournaments and  banquets.  Good memories.  Rest In Peace Eric.   Sincere condolences go out to Eric's family.


Thanks for being a great dad, thanks for teaching me people have opinions they are not facts, and you can achieve anything you put your mind to. You were a great hockey player, a great father to Crystal's kids Savanah Briget and Chase. You touched a lot of people in your life.  Miss you so much love your son  Eric XOXO

The Grandravine Special Hockey family extend our deepest condolences to Eric's family.  Our athletes new Eric as "Moose".  He was a great mentor to all our athletes.  May Moose rest in peace.  He  will be missed by all.

Heartbroken at this sudden loss after such painful years. My heart goes out to his children Bridget and Chase (Crystal r.i.p.), eldest Eric (Josie r.i.p.) and step-daughter Savannah -- he loves you all so much -- and to his brothers, family, and friends. He was a force of life, ripping through the years, trying as hard as he could with everything he had. Sometimes life throws everything at once -- gone too soon. He will be missed.
