We are never ready to say GOODBYE forever, even though we know it is a part of life.  On this day, our hearts are heavy for losing someone so special: your FATHER, BROTHER, COUSIN, UNCLE & FRIEND *FELIPE MAMARIL,* but we also celebrate HIS LIFE as we mourn his death.

My dear friend Phil, you were a genuine guy, a selfless human being, sincere and could always be relied in for anything.  You were crazily funny, the life of a party and a great dancer in the crowd.
You were liked by many at the WSIB and lifted many spirits by that infectious smile and kind words to people.
God blessed me with a friend like you, ever since me met we clicked, we were more than friends, we were brothers in arms.
You were a great and loving Dad to Ema and Carey, Grandfather to Meko and Isis and a loving husband to Barb.
Thank you for your friendship, your endless help from fixing my cars, painting my apartments, house and my siblings as well. You were always there whenever I called on you for anything.
We hear about angels in heaven, I can say I didn't have to wait, I met mine on earth that was part of my life.

I will never forget our time working together on the 4th floor.  That was the best time I ever had working at WSIB.  You were a wonderful listener and a good friend.  My favourite memories were going out with the team for drinks after work at Croc Rock and meeting your lovely Barb.  Even when the team parted ways I could always count on seeing you in the lobby with Betty every day saying good morning to everyone.  It was the best way to begin my day.  You were one of the best Phil and I will miss you.
