Predeceased by his beloved wife, Daphne (née Gater).
He will be missed by his daughters Jan Main and Susan Cargill; grandchildren Timothy Main and his wife Jennifer, and Alexa Main and her husband Beat Riedner; and great-grandchildren Olivia and Nicholas.
The family would like to thank the caregivers at Suites by the Lake, and Palliative Care Team of Scarborough. A special thank you to Kim, Marianne and Susan.
A service will be held later in August at St. Nicholas Anglican Church, Scarborough.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jack's memory to a charity of your choice or Variety Village.
