Retired Durham Board of Education James is lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years Dianne Leslie, children Stephen (Joanne), Andrea and Eric and grandchildren Kendal, James Ross (JR), Patrick and Joelle. He is survived by brothers Herbert, Bill and George. James was a teacher and Special Education Consultant, an award-winning woodcarver and a longtime supporter of woodcarving in Ontario. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Friday, January 15th and funeral at 3 p.m. Saturday, January 16th, Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 4115 Lawrence Ave. East, West Hill.
