Janet “Jan” Louise Smith passed away peacefully early on the 25th of September 2019. Jan is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Trevor. Jan was the loving mother of Ian, Craig and Ross and beloved grandmother to Devon, Kieran, Liam, Lily and Luke.
Jan was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1944 and emigrated to Ontario, Canada in 1966 with Trevor. She was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in 2005 but was able to enjoy many years of joy and happiness with family and friends, as a result of Trevor’s love, support and dedicated care.
