Passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 15th, 2015, at the age of 94. Born in Toronto, ON and a long-time resident of the Scarborough Bluffs and retired in the Pickering/Ajax area. Beloved wife of the late Ken Harris and the late Howard Parker. Proud mother of David Parker (Sharon ), Nancy Parker (Paul) and Jeff Parker. Cherished grandmother to Laura, Lucas, and Lauren. Loving sister to Ruth Holtz. Jocelyn will be remembered for her spirit and passion towards life, family and friends.
