John Stephen Stevenson

He will be sadly missed by his children, Randy (Alyson), Sheri Maynard (Joe) and Wendy McKay (Jack). Proud Papa of Brianna (Cory), Aaron (Amanda), Jeff (Alicia), Krista (Christopher), Alana, Jason and Jessica. Also much loved by his six great grandchildren. John is survived by his brothers Tom, Steve, Jim and his sister Elizabeth (Thomas ). John spent his entire life working in the High Voltage Electrical Industry at home and abroad and will be remembered for his quick wit, attention to detail, fierce determination and insatiable quest for knowledge. He will be missed by his many friends in the industry, colleagues and his golfing buddies. The family gratefully acknowledges the care, respect and dignity provided by Dr. Edison Susman, Dean Walters and St. Elizabeth nurses which allowed him to remain at home as he wished.

Celebration of John's life will be at St.Dunstan of Canterbury Church on Monday Sept.12. Visitation 10-12 pm with service following.
