Kathleen "Kay" Marie Burger passed away peacefully with her family at her side on January 1, 2019 at Scarborough General Hospital. She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Joseph, and her children Laurie Place (Tom), Gary Burger (Sandra Ormonde), and Bobbi Mole. She is also survived by her grandchildren Lee Anne, Kristy, Adam, and Gregory, and her great grandchildren Alyssa, Teanna, Kurtis, and Avery.
Kay will always be remembered for her love of the Blue Jays, bowling, golf, and for her fondness of socializing within her neighbourhood. A Celebration of Life will be arranged by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made her memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
