Leon Leslie Greenidge passed away peacefully, with family at his side at St. Michael's Hospital on May 30, 2019. He is survived by his daughter Lisa Glen (Shawn Glen), his granddaughter Siyan Glen, Lisa’s mother Helena Rice, his partner Lindouise Clarke, his siblings Randolph Greenidge, Ethan Greenidge, Bernice Greenidge, Cynthia Holder (Edmund Holder), Ralph Greenidge, Liverston Greenidge, Marion Greenidge, Neville Greenidge,(Alexandra Greenidge) and Patrick Greenidge (Denise Greenidge).
Leon was born to Dentley and Mildred Greenidge in Barbados on July 4, 1948. He now rejoins his parents in eternity along with his sister Jean and his brother Cyril. He is the grandson of the late Edna Sealy.
Visitation will take place on Friday June 7, 2019 at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home 4115 Lawrence Ave East, Scarborough from 10 – 12 p.m. with the Funeral Service beginning at 12 p.m. in the Chapel. Leon will be laid to rest following the Funeral Service at Duffin Meadows Cemetery.
