Mr Nagalingam "Danny" Julius Joharatnam

Nagalingam Julius Joharatnam fondly referred to as Danny, age 91, of Scarborough, Ontario was called to rest on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Julius was born December 16, 1930 in Sri Lanka. A teacher who loved Math, Science & Sports. He lived and taught in Sri Lanka, Nigeria, and Canada. As a believer in Jesus Christ, he sang in the choirs of Fairview Church of God and the Peoples Church in Toronto. He is survived by his loving wife of 60+ years Thevamalar Joharatnam, only daughter Dilani (Lanny) Espinola, grandchildren Mikayla and Isaiah, his sister Dulsy(Ben) Lawrence and pre-deceased sister Daisy. Visitation for Julius will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 5 to 8 PM at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 4115 Lawrence Ave East, West Hill, ON. The funeral service will occur Thursday, August 4, 2022 at 10:30 AM. at Giffen-Mack. Burial will follow at St Margaret In The Pines Cemetery, 4130 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1E 2R8.
