It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patrick Joseph Martinek, of Scarborough, Ontario on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at the age of 51 years. Patrick is survived by his beloved dad Joseph and loving step mother Nadia, of Cambridge.
Patrick was an artistic soul and was passionate about music. More specifically, he loved to play the guitar. In addition to music, Patrick loved the outdoors. He’d spend his time with his dad up at his cottage, and cherished time spent with his family.
He spent most of his life as an electrician with Guild Electric, accumulating about 25+ years of experience. He was a dedicated and hard worker. If there was work to be done with your hands, you would find Patrick there. He loved what he did, and would take pride in his work.
Patrick will be missed by family, many friends and coworkers. This isn’t goodbye, but a see you later.
Services have been entrusted to Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, and will be private at this time. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to (Choice of Charity) in Patrick’s honour.
