Passed away at his home in West Hill on Sunday May 7th, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Marjorie Wilson (2013). Loving father of Kerry (Vince Politi), Robert and Eric. Proud grandfather of Carolyn (Nathan) and Laura. Dear brother of David (Daryl) and the late Howard (Dorothy). Our family wishes to thank Dr. Natalia, Nurse Sophie, Palliative Care Coordinators Alexis and Gabrielle and the many helpful VHA care workers. Thank you also to the Veterans Independence Program. With this support, we were able to honour Dad’s wishes to remain at home until his passing. Cremation has taken place with a private family interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at a later date. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at Giffen-Mack Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 4115 Lawrence Ave, East on Saturday June 24th, 2017 from 1 to 3 p.m. with tributes beginning at 2 o’clock.
