Great Grandfather of Jermaine Howard-Hilliman of Toronto, Trevon Blackett and five others.

Uncle of Bertram Clarke of Canada, Eldene, Veronica and David Clarke and Maureen and Daniel Blackett.

Son-in-law of Maude Critchlow; Brother In-law of Alister Haynes of the UK, Elaine Critchlow, Patricia known as Irol and Anthony Haynes.

Father- in- law of Ryvan Payne and Neil Ince of the USA, Trevor Bailey of the UK and Maxeene Blackett of the Ministry of Finance.

Family and friends are asked to meet at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Massiah Street: on Monday November 11, 2019, 2:30PM, for a Service of Thanksgiving.

Internment will take place at the Holy Cross Cemetery, Society Hill, St. John.
