Betty, born on March 15, 1930, in Baltimore, Maryland, lived a vibrant and fulfilling life, leaving behind cherished memories for all who knew her. A true social butterfly, she could often be found enjoying a lively bingo game, trying her luck at the casino, or shopping with her beloved grandchildren. After retiring as a bank manager from M&T Bank, Betty embraced her golden years with enthusiasm. She devoted herself to her family, delighting in the company of her grandchildren, and embarked on adventures with her husband, traveling to new destinations in their RV. Betty had a knack for bringing people together—whether through her masterfully hosted parties or her impeccable sense of hospitality. Her home was always the cleanest on the block, a reflection of her pride and care. Her friends were an integral part of her life after her husband’s passing and she enjoyed many a dinner or activity with them. A lover of puzzles, books, and life’s simple joys, Betty will be remembered for her warmth, energy, and the joy she brought to those around her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband Frank (7/14/28-2/7/13), to whom she was married to for 74 years.
Betty is survived by her son, Marc Ferro and wife Cynthia, her grandchildren: Gabrielle and husband, Brian, Dominique and husband, Andrew, and Michael, and her great-grandchildren Alaynna, Alexys, Brendan, Ellie, Emilia, and Landon.
