To the Spector and Storch family I give you all my deepest condolences. I’m so sorry for your loss. 

 I was privileged to spend time in my teen years having fun and hanging out with Savannah and with her witty, lovely Meme. Her flair was truly something unique you wish you could bottle. On a deeper level, I am/have always been touched at how gentle and powerful the effect her matriarchy seemed to have on creating such a wonderful family. So impactful and beautiful. I feel like she elevated things around her simply by being; that was the nature of her class and elegance. Women like Carmen are so rare, I’m lucky to have met and smiled with her. She is with all of you. 💛

When I think of Carmen I think of a women who showed me how to be happily married by always having her husbands back.  How to always speak of your husband fondly to others.  How to enjoy each moment with her children and their children.  The good health and joy that comes from smiling instead of whining.  How to listen intently to others. The happiness that comes from sipping tea and attending BBQ’s with family (which everyone she loved was).  Carmen loved to observe those around her and if she saw something good in you she’d fuss with your hair to look right in your eyes so she could tell you what she sees in you.  And she would keep telling you over time until you believe it yourself.  Thank you Carmen.  All these lessons learned were because you believed in each of us first.  Please give Herman a hug from me.  Goodbye for now with much gratitude and love.  Robin

Mrs. Spector was such a funny and very sweet lady. Prayers to all of you. Your mom will be missed, but she left behind  awesome memories to cherish for a life time. My condolences to all and a big hug to Sam, Brigette and  Maxine. Love you guys. 💔🙏🏼😘

Our condolences to the Spector and Côté familles. Carmen captured many hearts, including ours. Not only was she a kind person, she was genuine, loving, and oh so caring. It’s a rarity when someone can made you feel as though nothing is more important then your presence. My fondest memory is playing Scrabble on the front porch of the JbarC. It was the the most perfect summer day, out of a dream. Drink in hand, sharing memories of her youth - we were roaring with laughter.  You’ll always have a special place in our hearts Carmen Côté! 

The Spector family is a perfect example of when close friends turn into family. I have very fond memories of being in the presence of Carmen —  from Quebec, all the way down to Florida. She was a wonderful person, and I know she’ll be missed deeply by her nearest and dearest. Thinking of you all. 

The gates of Heaven were wide open when Miss Carmen came calling, It warms my heart knowing that she will be reunited with Mr. Herman, Mr & Mrs Spector and Family has been a part of my life for over 30 years and I have yet to meet a more loving and caring family.
May God Bless you during your time of sorrow, But rejoice in knowing Carmen is with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Rest In Peace Carmen. With deepest sympathy & Love.

Mrs. Carmen Spector was a very sweet soul with a kind heart.  Prayers to Brigette, Maxine and Sammy.  Your mom loved y'all very much!!  

The Spector family made me part of theirs!
My mom was a single parent mom (mostly) and they took me to the roller rinks so I could be with Maxine, Brigette, and Sammy! 
They took me to Canada with them so I could be with them and their girls!!! 
I worked for them and I cannot thank them for shaping me as a young adult, to be honest and self assured! I love them all and am truly saddened that  we have lost a beautiful soul on this earth! We need more people like Carmen and Herman. I am forever grateful, and honored that I had the pleasure of knowing them both . May the be forever together and honored!
I loved them like they loved me❤️

I have very fond memories of Carmen. She was my first employer and taught me the work ethics I have to this day. She was a beautiful classy lady who loved her family and friends.  I am sure she was a role model for many of lives she touched. Your memory is a blessing.
