joy to all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was 61.
Coming from a large and loving family, Clare was the tenth of twelve siblings. This bond formed the
foundation of her values, emphasizing love, unity, and support.
A proud graduate of Forest Hill High School, Clare dedicated her professional life to serving her
community. She worked diligently for 12 years at the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office. Later, she began her
journey at the West Palm Beach Police Department as a dispatcher. With her dedication and hard work,
Clare was promoted to supervisor, and eventually to the position of Assistant Telecommunicator
Manager, serving in this role for 20 years, further showcasing her unwavering commitment to her
Community.
Clare's passions extended beyond her work. She cherished moments spent with her family, especially
her children and grandchildren. Her joy was amplified when she took long walks with her sisters,
reminiscing about the old times and creating new memories. Clare's infectious smile was a testament to
the love and happiness she shared with friends and family.
She is survived by her loving son, Joaquin David Reed, and devoted daughter, Clare Elizabeth "Liz" Reed.
Clare's legacy also lives on through her cherished grandchildren: Michael McDonald, Jayden Fernandez,
Quin Reed, Emerson Reed, and Cameron Curran.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to everyone who knew Clare. Your presence in
her life brought out her radiant smile and unwavering spirit.
