David is survived by his wife, Lucy (nee Montague) Bernstein; sister Jacqueline Greenspan; daughter Amy Puzio-Kennedy and her husband Carl and their children, Joseph, Amelia, and Charlotte; nieces Andrea Jacobson & family and Denise Klass & family.
David was preceded in death by; father Moe Bernstein and mother Lee (nee Hecht) Bernstein.
A funeral service for David will be held Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at IJ Morris at Star of David of the Palm Beaches, 9321 Memorial Park Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33412, followed by a reception from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
