Dr. MacLear was such a kind hearted man. I only worked with him for just less than a year but in that time had many opportunities to chat together and in doing so we spoke of our common love for the Florida Keys. He would tell me some of his favorite places to go and showed me photos of his previous home there. Even after I was no longer employed there I would text him and/or send videos from my visits to Key West and I also credit him for helping me find one of my favorite “ local only” spots there.  He will be missed by so many!!! 

I worked with Dr. MacLear for about 6 months, and then he was blessed to be able to retire.  We continued to see him when he came into the office to visit and I got to know him better.  He was unfailingly polite, calm, gentle and generous.  I will miss him, and I know that his time here was far too short.  My only comfort in this loss is that he was doing something he loved when he passed away.  

I extend my sympathy to Ron and any of their friends or family.  I pray for peace to settle into our hearts, after this time of mourning.  

Dr MacLear was a caring gentle man and my baseball buddy. He loved his Pirates and me the Red Sox we would talk baseball relentlessly. As a Doctor he was highly skilled and knowledgeable. I will miss him dearly both as a colleague and a friend. My condolences to his partner Ron.

Dr. MaClear was a caring man with a plethora of knowledge. He loved reading and caring sympathetically for his patients. I had the pleasure of working for him for many years. My condolences to his family and friends, as he will be dearly missed!!!
