Heber is survived by his spouse, Amelia Docampo.

A visitation for Heber will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 5411 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33417, followed by a celebration of life from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
