Janice was born Columbus, Ohio to Roy Clarke Wilhelm and Frances Lucy Vostack on September 20,1937. She went to school in Columbus Ohio. She married Jerry Osborne on November 5,1955 in Indiana. She graduated from Grandview Heights. She worked as an administrator for Southern Bell Telephone Company for 25 years.
Janice is preceded in death by Her parents, Roy Clarke Wilhelm and France’s Lucy Vostack. Her husband, Jerry Osborne and Richard Dent. Her daughter Joy Keels.
Janice is survived by her daughters: Jill Fay & Alex Fay, Julie Yapell & Robert Yapell. Sisters: Judy Allamano, Jeannie Wynn. Grandchildren: Tanya Hernandez, Shawn Whitt, Jennifer Yapell, Roberto Yapell, Michael Fay and Crystal Keels. Great-Grandchildren: Sean Dorber, Jose, Brandon, Matthew and Joshua Hernandez, Matthew and Carl Yapell. Great-Great grandchildren: Laivyn Dorber, Ellie and Riley Hernandez, Luke Hernandez.
