With love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Jessica Elizabeth Lewis-Parks, born on September 7, 1962, to Willie Lewis, Sr. and Irene C. Neal. The youngest of six siblings, Jessica was affectionately known as “Mama’s baby” and shared a special bond with her family, especially her mother, Irene, to whom she remained devoted until her passing in 2017.
Jessica’s education began at Glendale Adventist Academy, where she thrived, and she continued her studies in business administration. She explored various career paths, including modeling, and worked with numerous nonprofits, showing her creativity, artistic talents, and dedication to helping others. Her journey had a lasting impact on her daughters, Jasmine and Janay, who both proudly followed in her footsteps.
One of Jessica's greatest joys was marrying her beloved husband, Anthony Parks, on May 25, 2013. Together, they shared a life full of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Jessica was predeceased by her mother, Irene Neal; father, Willie Lewis, Sr.; and brother, Thomas Patrick Neal. She is survived by her husband, Anthony Parks; daughters, Jasmine and Janay Lewis, Kiana Parks; son and daughter in-law, Kyle and Linda Parks; siblings, Eunice Butler, Jesse Neal, Annetta Patterson, Gregory Neal, and Willie Lewis Jr.; six grandchildren, Layla, Korey, Samir, Serenity, Keon, and Kai; and 21 nieces and nephews, all of whom were blessed by her love and kindness. Jessica passed away peacefully on December 11, 2024, at age 62 in West Palm Beach, Florida. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is at peace and surrounded by love.
A Celebration of Life will be held on December 28, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1401 9th Street, West Palm Beach, Florida.
