He is survived by his son, Brad/Bear (Jennifer) Rafter; Grandsons Trace Rafter and Thomas Beck; parents, John Patrick Sr. and Betty Meeks Rafter; brothers, David (Stacy) and Jim (Patty) of Alaska, and Dan of WPB; sister Patti (Mosleh) Rezakhani of Boynton Beach and many, many loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
John loved spending time with family and friends, sailing, camping and country music.
His Memorial Service will be Friday, April 11th at 3:00pm at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 5411 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33417.
A celebration of his Life will follow the memorial service at the Plumbers’ & Pipefitters’ Local 630 Union Hall, 1900 N. Florida Mango Rd., West Palm Beach, FL. 33409
