Marc Edouard (known to most as Ti-Hercule), son of the late Imergela Edouard and Hercule Edouard, was born July 6, 1957 in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. At the early age of 16, Marc began work as a truck driver. His love of driving allowed him to drive all around the country of Haiti.
In his small home town of Arcahaie, he was known to be a go-getter and beloved by all. At the age of 19, Marc ventured off to France, where he spent one year. Then he later migrated to the United States and settled in Boston, Massachusetts. At the age of 25, Marc returned to Haiti where he met Christiannie, who would become his future wife.
On January 4, 1986, Marc entered into holy matrimony with Christiannie. That happy union was blessed with four wonderful children. While in the United States, Marc continued his career in the trucking business. Most days, Marc worked up to 16 hours a day in the field but always found time to attend his children’s school and church events.
Marc had a passion for playing the guitar. He would take advantage of any opportunity to showcase his guitar skills during Sunday church services and church concerts. On the slight chance of having downtime, he would entertain his wife and kids around the dinner table.
Marc was also active in The Salvation Army and was a Senior Soldier at the West Palm Beach Corps. As a result of his generous spirit and pleasant personality, he was loved by many. His influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him. He quietly departed this life on Friday, June 21, 2019, at St. Mary’s Hospital in West Palm Beach.
Marc leaves behind his loving wife Christiannie Edouard, his children: Christa Edouard, Tony Edouard, Markeisha Edouard, and Kethia Dormus; as well as a host of devoted brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
May his soul rest in perfect peace and light perpetual shine on him.
