Je n’apprends qu’aujourd’hui, avec beaucoup de peine, le décès de Philippe qui avait été mon ami à Clermont-Ferrand, à Poitiers et à Paris.
Nous étions restés en contact depuis, amicalement et professionnellement.
Nous avions de si bons souvenirs en commun ...

Philippe helped us as soon as we moved in Florida in 2007 and he was our tax adviser since then. He was a sympathetic and helpful friend. We will miss him a lot. 
My wife Sophie and I are sending our compassion, thoughts and prayers to his family.

It is with great sadness that we learn this evening of the death of our benefactor Mr Briand.
From our first meeting, he was able to show  kindness.
 By his professionalism and his benevolence,he helped us to build a life in Florida.
No words can express our gratitude.
He will remain forever in our thoughts and our heart.
To his family, we offer our sincere condolences.
May God give you the strength and the courage to get through this ordeal.
We are all heart with you.
