

Rocky was from the Philippines and moved to the United States in March 2024 to build a better future for himself and his family. He worked hard to support his loved ones back home, always putting their needs before his own.
Rocky shared 12 wonderful years with his beloved husband, Johnsie Espino, including 2 years and 2 months of marriage. Their relationship was built on love, loyalty, and unwavering support for one another.
Rocky will be remembered for his kind heart, warm smile, and generous spirit. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome and valued. He found joy in simple moments and touched many lives with his kindness.
A talented artist, Rocky loved photography and enjoyed traveling, capturing beautiful memories wherever he went. He also dearly loved his beloved dogs, Homer and Four, who brought him endless joy and companionship.
Rocky is survived by his husband, Johnsie Espino; his parents, Rey and Helen Chappneer; his brother, Rayman Chappneer; his sister-in-law, Nove; his beloved niece, Yara; his cherished dogs, Homer and Four; and many relatives and dear friends in the Philippines and the United States.
Though his life was far too short, Rocky will always be remembered for his love, compassion, and the happiness he brought to others. His memory will live on in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.
