Of West Seneca, New York passed away on September 19, 2023, age 87. Beloved wife of Henry "Jake" Jakubowicz. Loving mother of Fr. Gregory Jakubowicz OFM and Jill Jakubowicz. Sister of Rosella Fretz. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. No prior visitation.
