Fahy; devoted mother of Beverly (Michael) Ward, Daniel (Cheryl) Fahy and Douglas (Nancy) Fahy; cherished grandmother of Jeffrey (Maureen) Ward, Kimberly (Kevin) Cole, Timothy Ward, Eric (Rosa) Fahy, Jake (Katie) Fahy and Valerie Fahy; loving great grandmother of Zachary, Madison, Kendall, Blake, Brantley, Charleigh and Addilyn; predeceased by 9 siblings; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
