Eugene and Thomas Bogucki

He was born on September 25, 1924, in Buffalo, New York to Anthony and Frances Bogucki. He attended Burgard High School and served his country in the Army Airforce during World War II. He

enjoyed reading, bowling, and volunteering with his church. His greatest joy was spending time with his children and grandchildren. In his later years, he relocated to Albany, New York to live with his daughter.

Eugene was predeceased by his loving wife, Genevieve, and his son, Thomas. He is survived by his adoring children Karen Bogucki and Robert (Cheryl) Bennett. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Laura (Orlando Cisneros) Bennett, Carolyn (Michael) Brunetti, and his great-grandchildren, Brooke, Benson, and Owen.

Eugene will be greatly missed by extended family and many friends.

In God’s arms may he gently rest.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026 from 4pm - 8pm at HOY FUNERAL HOME, 3855 Seneca Street, West Seneca, NY 14224.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10am at Our Lady of Sacred Heart, 3148 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127. Please assemble at church.
