My thoughts and prayers go out to Jason's family. He was such a great help with our cub scout pack. Once Jason stepped up to help run our sons' den, the meetings ran more smoothly. He always had great ideas for the meetings and ways to keep the boys interested. He will be greatly missed.

I first met Jason when I was working as a computer technician in the school district. He was funny and kind and I always enjoyed working in his classroom. Later, I knew him as a colleague at West Senior. Those initial impressions never changed. He was always ready with a smile and a hello when our paths crossed. He had a quirky sense of humor and could always get me to crack a smile, regardless of the circumstances. I am so very sorry for your tremendous loss.

I am deeply saddened by the news of Jason’s passing. On behalf of both my own family and Cub Scout Pack 1776, of which I am cub master, I wish to extend my most heartfelt sympathies to Tonya, Charlie, Cooper and Jamie. Jason was such a humorous and friendly man who was always willing to volunteer his time and talents to both his family, his students, and the Pack, for which he volunteered to be assistant den leader for Cooper’s den. He will be missed. May he Rest In Peace.

We were deeply saddened by the notice of Jason's death. We are very sorry and will remember you and his family in our prayers. Jason was too young to go so soon. God's blessings on Andrea and Jim and his wife and children always.

I am so very saddened to hear of Jason's passing. I remember bumping into him in the copy room early in my career in a frenzy, trying to make copies in time for a class. He told me that it takes about 5 years in the teaching profession before you really feel like you've got everything the way you want it. It was helpful advice that gave me hope that I would one day have things in order. I remember him fondly as always sharing a warm greeting in the hallway. I know he touched many students' lives and will be immensely missed. My thoughts are with his family.

Jay and I co-advised Photography Club for years and often found ourselves sitting and chatting during our meetings as he shared the latest silly stories about his kids. We undertook a nearly year-long mission to update the photo case in the foyer, running into what seemed like endless setbacks and laughs. One day he came walking down the main hallway during a busy lunch hour pulling a shop vacuum behind him as if it were a dog. As I giggled at this, he realized we had similar outfits on and yelled to everyone, “We’re twins!”
He will be greatly missed. May he Rest In Peace.
