Joan A. Darstein (nee Scott) of West Seneca, New York passed away on January 1, 2026, at the age of 95; Beloved wife of the late Robert P. Darstein; devoted mother of Mary (Robin) Westphal-Harper, Charles (Michele) Darstein, Patricia (Michael) Hall, Daniel (Marie) Darstein and Ann Marie (Desiree Rinker) Darstein; cherished grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of 25. Relatives and friends are invited to Hoy Funeral Home, 3855 Seneca St. West Seneca on Friday January 9th from 4 - 8PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Queen of Heaven Church at 9AM on Saturday January 10th. Please assemble at church. Interment at Woodlawn Cemetery.
