So sorry for your loss. I remember when we were growing up in S. Cheektowaga, Joe was our pharmacist @ CVS on French Rd. He was such a friendly guy and always there to help. He worked with my ex-wife and my brother for years when they were employed by CVS. He was a true professional at his trade. GOD bless Joe and your family .

Sending my deepest sympathies to the Saccomanno family. I had the pleasure of meeting and spending time with Joe over the past year. Joe treated me like his own grandchild and taught me so much about taking care of people, his illness, and music. I enjoyed listening and singing together to music and especially watching the Bills with the whole family on Sunday. One of my favorite memories was having the pleasure of going with him to his 65th high school reunion, the love and impression he left on his classmates was evident, he was like a celebrity there. Joe was the kindness, most generous, and had a heart of absolute gold. I will miss him greatly and remember everything he taught me.
Love always,

To my dearest Saccomanno family,
I thank you for allowing me to be apart of your family. I never felt like Joes caregiver, you always made me feel like I was apart of the family. I will forever miss basking in the sun with Joe listening to Michael Buble’. We shared so many beautiful memories that I will hold on to and cherish forever. Joe always amazed me with his whistling , it would bring upon me such joy and peace. He would get a kick out of me when I would sing to him “Fly me to the moon” when I would lift up and transport him while in the hoyer sling. He was the most gentle, kind, caring, giving gentlemen. I truly love him and I will grieve his loss and cherish the memories we shared. Thank you Saccomanno family for allowing me to be apart of such an amazing family.
Love Forever,
Wendy Cardona

To the entire Saccomanno family, My sincere condolences to you all during this difficult time. I have many fond memories of Mr. Saccomanno's kind, cheerful, and generous nature. Always there when we needed help with launching rockets, racing AFX cars, or smoothing over the occasional kid arguments during a game of street kickball, football, or hockey, right? How fortunate I was during my childhood to have had another great role model right up the street, and I'll always remember those Sundays in your kitchen enjoying his delicious homemade meatballs. I cherish the great friendship my family and I all shared with him over the years. He was always upbeat, positive, and a class act. Much love and respect to you all.
