Julia Anna Lowrey (nee Schaub) of Elma, New York entered into rest December 10, 2025; Beloved wife of Lyman Lowrey; devoted mother of Diane (late Paul) Putt, Susan (Val) Beier, David Lowrey and Julie (Dale) Gowanlock; cherished grandmother of Timothy (Jamie) Putt, Heather Putt, Stephanie (Paul) Ziolkowski, Nathan Putt, Bethany (Zachary) Schueler, Gregory (Stephanie) Desing, Laura Lewis, Daniel (Heather) Gowanlock, Derek (Jocelyn) Gowanlock, Scott Gowanlock and Allison (Tyler) Stepnowski and great grandmother of fifteen; loving daughter of the late Irving and Margaret Schaub; dear sister of William (Nancy) Schaub, Kathleen (late Edward) Schaub, late Thomas (Mary Kay) Schaub, late Catherine (Vincent) Kelchin, late James (Gayann) Schaub, late Helen (John) McKean, late Francis (Sue) Schaub. Visitation will be held at Hoy Funeral Home, 3855 Seneca Street, West Seneca, NY on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 3 to 7pm, and on Sunday December 14, 2025, from 3 to 7pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, 6441 Seneca St, Spring Brook, NY on Monday December 15, 2025 at 10 am. Please assemble at church. Burial will follow at Marilla Evergreen Cemetery, Two Rod Rd, Marilla, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Julia's memory to www.hospicebuffalo.com.
