Robert “Bob” G. Goldsmith of East Aurora, NY. Passed away after a short illness on August 28, 2025. Robert was born on October 1, 1953 to the late Roger and Mavis (Leistikow) Goldsmith. Dearest brother of Linda (Richard) Hawkins, Alan (Beth) Goldsmith and the late Cheryl Windsor; survived by many nieces and nephews. Robert has been cared for by his many friends and neighbors at Trinity Park Apartments of East Aurora; along with weekly visits from Terry Herter, Elaine Sitarek and Ruth Nichols. Robert has been a lifelong friend to many including Holly Freer Palczewski. Family will be present Tuesday, September 2nd, from 3-8 PM at HOY FUNERAL HOME, 3855 Seneca St., West Seneca, where a Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
