It's hard to put into words how much this loss means to me.

Back in 2016, Ross Allen took a chance on me and gave me the opportunity to become part of the West Herr family. He saw something in me before I had the chance to prove myself, and that single opportunity changed the direction of my life and career. I'll also never forget the huge candy wagon he got for the employees, always fully stocked and constantly refilled - 'it was our official morale department', and it became one of those simple but sweet memories that always made people smile. 

Ross was more than my first General Manager - he was someone I'll always remember with respect and gratitude. His leadership, encouragement, and the way he treated people left a lasting impression on me and so many others. I'll always be grateful for the trust he showed me from day one.

Thank you, Ross, for believing in me and opening a door that has led to so many blessings. I will never forget where my journey began, and it began because you gave me that chance,

We loved growing up with the Allen boys.  It was our honor to watch them grow to adults with kids of their own.  Ross was a gentle giant.

I can't believe your gone Ross. You will be truly missed "what up Dukes" ? I will forever cherish all the fun and laughs we as a group of close friends had.

My deepest condolences to his brother Ronnie and family and his dear Aunt Carol.  He was  the model son, father, brother and nephew.
Ross was the son my dear friend Barbara.  He treated my family as his own.   I haven’t seen him lately, but thought of him often.
May Ross rest in peace and be the angel to watch over his daughters.

Ross was my very first manager when I started at Chevy OP back in 2009. He was the kind of person who could light up an entire room just by walking into it. His presence was unforgettable, and he had a way of making everyone around him feel welcomed and valued.

He gave the best hugs, the best advice, and always knew how to make people smile and laugh. I had the chance to see him last year, and we spent time reminiscing about the old West Herr days. Looking back now, I’m so grateful we had that opportunity to reconnect and share those memories.

Ross made a lasting impact on so many lives, including mine, and he will never be forgotten.
