I am longtime friends with Sheila’s older sister and I remember meeting Sheila as a teenager. She was so sweet🧡. I later ended up working in the same building with her at Lifetime Health. Still the same sweet and caring person. She orchestrated many festivities for us at work and my whole department loved her for that! Sweet Sheila, Rest In Peace.

Sheila was the life of the party at Lifetime Health. She took care of us girls well with cooking lunches for us and all the treats. Always upbeat and laughing. She was so much fun to be around. We became more like sisters than coworkers. My heart is heavy and broken but I know she is not suffering anymore. 🙏 for Jack and family. ❤️
