I worked with Tony for over four years on the Kearns Zoning and Planning Commission.  He was impressive in his business skills and his ability to work with people of diverse opinions.  He shared a quiet sense of humor and a sincere interest in the lives of those around him.  I am grateful I had the chance to know him as a friend and peer.  I am sorry for your loss, and hope you can have comfort and peace in many good memories, and in knowing he had a great influence on those around him.

A few weeks back before Tony got sick, I asked one of Tonys employes why they had no turn over at West Vally Hobby.  He turned to me and said,  because Tony treats us all like family.   In retrospect, I believe he treated us all like family.

Daryce,  I was very sad to hear of your husband's passing.  I hope you and your family are doing well and wish you the best during this sad time in your life.

I want to express my deepest regrets to Daryce and the Young family.  It is a great loss for the family and also the community.  Tony's contribution when he accepted assignments from the Kearns Community Council and also his work as a member of the Kearns Planning & Zoning Commission made a big difference in the lives of those around him.  He was a giving person who cared.  I considered Tony a friend and valued associate when I worked as a member and Chair of the Kearns Community Council.  He will be missed!!!

Tony, a leader, business and technical Guru, he had discernment and great depth of character and knowledge. 
I hired him the 80's at Video West, part time evening and weekend shifts, in video tech and duplication   He was still holding down his day job, and used the extra earnings toward achieving family soliditary goals ..I'm sure he worked 80 to 100 hours some weeks. I was amazed and humbled by his work ethic and dedication to family. Tony later came in as A Video West production Manager, and did an asom job.. He became my advisor, problem solver, tech expert, idea guy, and friend.  I'm sure Tony is now "The Tech Saint"  in heaven in charge of
All the tech geeks who have lost their way. He's probably implementing heavens "iCloud " right now. 
Tony, you've left a legacy that will bless the lives of us all for decades. Our deep sorrow, gratitude, and comfort to your family and Digital Bytes Team.  Thanks for sharing this great Man with us!!

I have known Tony for many years professionally as well as with our shared interest in hobbies.  I will greatly miss working with him as well as seeing him at the store. I worked with Tony at KUTV many years ago.  He was such a wonderful person and always so kind to everyone.  If I needed to have something done, he was the one I would search out because I knew he would get the job done.  I was shocked and saddened to read about his passing.  My husband always frequented West Valley Hobbies because he loves to fly planes.  I had no idea Tony had anything to do with that company.  I wish now that I had accompanied my husband there on one of his outings so I could have seen Tony again. I know he will be missed.  My prayers are with your family.

I am very sorry to hear of Tony's passing.  I worked with him many years ago at KUTV. He had a wonderful sense of humor and could always make me smile! (He loved to play jokes on me!) So sorry to hear of Tony's passing.  He truly was a kind and talented individual.  Every association I had with Tony was enjoyable and an positive experience.  My sympathy to his family and loved ones.  He was a wonderful person who will be missed.

My husband worked for Tony at West Valley Hobbies several years ago. He was kind and generous to us and I will miss seeing his smiling face when we visit the shop.

My dad was the best man a daughter could ever have. He was there with me through my toughest times and my best times. To have him be there for my wedding meant the world to me.  Those will be one of the greatest memories I will hold on to for ever.  I will never forget that he made it a point to come out and see our new house when he was not feeling good at all.  I love you very much dad and I will see you again. :)

Tony was such a dear friend to Del and I and he will be so greatly missed.  He and Del were always working on new projects in the video world and Tony was always sending fun gifts and hobby gadgets home for our kids to play with.  We are so deeply saddened of his passing and pray for peace and light to be with his family at this time.

The world has lost a gem.

Relationships between cousins are complex. When we are young we take them for granted they are our friends and always around. We don't appreciate what our parents do, to keep these relationships going. Rather we expect it. When we reach adolescence, we appreciate having our cousins in our life. We hung with them and grew with them and everything they stood for we were a part of. It is only as adults, when we realize the extent of the complex choices that we made, that we begin to drift apart into our own lives and lose touch.
Cousins should be best friends as well as family.

we are always family and will be together again as best friends in heaven.

I first met Tony at Video West back in the early '90s. He was very easy to talk to and I liked him from that day on. We've continued our friendship throughout the years and I've worked for him on numerous occasions at Digital Bytes as a freelance videographer. He was an outstanding example of a man who knew how to treat people by making them feel worthwhile and respected. Thanks Tony for all of your kindness.
