Bill Samuel Brinkerhoff

1947-2012

Bill Samuel Brinkerhoff, age 64, passed away October 25, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born December 29, 1947 in Tooele Utah to James Raymond and Deana Korakis Brinkerhoff. Married his beloved wife Jeanie Christopherson on March 11, 1967. Graduated from Cyprus High School and Salt Lake Community College with a degree in Accounting and an Apprenticeship Boilermaker. Served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He liked fishing, riding motorcycles and trips to Wendover. He was a devoted father and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Survived by wife Jeanie; children Traci (Steve) Sandquist, Denise Brinkerhoff and Don Brinkerhoff. Grandchildren; Brenna, Josh, Megan, Kohl, and Kade. Sister, Stevie Knapp and Brother George Brinkerhoff. Preceded in death by his parents and brother, Lewis Jensen.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, October 29, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South. The family will receive friends at a visitation Sunday evening from 5 until 7 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the service on Monday. Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
