Blaine loved the mountains and enjoyed fishing, camping and hiking. He was an easy going guy and had many friends. He had a deep love for animals. He particularly loved dogs and had several of them in his lifetime. He will be missed by his loving family and friends.
Blaine is survived by his brother, Ron Whipp (Karen); three nephews, five aunts, one uncle, and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday June 1, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley City, Utah.
