Connie Maxine Beckstead

Our Beautiful Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend peacefully returned home to her Heavenly Father June 11, 2013 surrounded by God and the love of her children.

She was one of God's special Angels sent to guide and protect those she loved. Mom loved her family with all her heart. She always talked about family and how important it was to stay together and love unconditionally.

Born in Salt Lake City, UT on October 21, 1943 to John and Maxine Wey. She married Dad (Dennis J. Beckstead) and would always say he was the love of her life and just to prove it she married him twice.

Mom is survived by all five of her kids Sheriti (Craig), Jerrod (Krista), Bitina Denise (Stuart), Neilya Ann (Phillip), and Keira Bree. Twelve precious grandkids and 3 ½ great grandchildren which she cherished deeply. Grandma and Grandpa's house was the "Fun House" where the laughter was contagious and memories were made.

Also survived by her brother John (Edna), three sisters, Jana, Tina, Margo (Alan) and a large extended family of nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.

Mom loved her music, dancing, planting her flowers and collecting all her smiley's.

She has gone home to be with her husband Dennis and mother Maxine, father John and brother Gary and mother-in-law Lucille and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

"With God All things are possible." Our days will change but our Angel remains. We love you more Mom.

"God will be watching over you, we know this because we asked Him to."

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Valley View Funeral Home Chapel, 4335 W 4100 S. Family will receive friends at a viewing Tuesday evening June 18, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at Valley View Funeral Home.
