David Francisco Lujan

May 3, 1957October 27, 2018

Beloved father, grandfather and brother left us to be with our Lord October 27, 2018

He was born to Noe Lujan and Cordelia Arellano-Lujan on May 3, 1957 in Casa Grande Arizona. He is preceded in death by both parents.

David is survived by his children, Marquita, Anthanina and Jacob Lujan and 7 grandchildren; as well as his siblings, Ben (Jane) Salas, Joe Lujan, Frank Lujan, Rose (Adolph) Duran, Ron (Sherri) Lujan, Patrick Lujan, Veronica (Richard) Dominguez and Noe (Jessica) Lujan.

David had many nieces and nephews whom he loved to tease and go fishing with. He loved music, was the greatest photo bomber, a master of corny dad jokes and an avid Denver Bronco fan. David worked for the Granite school district for many years as a custodian; he loved the children and got great joy in seeing their smiling faces every day. He often had endearing stories about his interactions with them and he made sure to always have dum dum suckers in his pocket for them. While working at Granite High, David was also a student mentor.

David was a faithful and God-loving servant. He was constant in his expression of love for Jesus Christ and shared it with others through his ministries. He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

David was the most caring person I've ever known his sweet smile, and the religious saying and quote he shared, the love he Express for everyone, the music he would share with us was awsome. All though I never met him, just on Facebook, it felt like I had known him forever. He always put a smile on my face. He will surely be missed by everyone who he touched there hearts. Loved his quirky jokes, his smile, his big heart, his Love for Family and God. He blessed me with the honor of being a God-Mother to one of his twin daughter's Anthanina Lujan, alongside Patrick Lujan. He will be truly missed and never forgotten. I Love You David.

David was the janitor at granite high. He was known for giving dum dum suckers. He made my days in school definitely more easier to get through. He was always there when I was having a hard day or simply needed someone too talk to. We also had r and r classes and he was the best r and r teacher I could have had. He will definitely be missed but truly never forgotten!!
